There will always be a million factors how one person/customer consider a cafe' a "good cafe". Others look at the interior, the food, the staff, the location, the "instagrammable ba to?" factor and the likes. As much as I don't want this post to sound too cheesy, yesterday, we've been to a cafe' that can top off all those factors you can think of. Good customer service.
We (sige kaming introvert couple nalang for this matter) never really liked annoying sales people HAHAHA! There I said it. But yesterday, as we go through this cafe's menu (since we've never been to a craft tea bar before), Sir Clifford (I believe he owns the cafe) explained very well every flavor that can match our preference. Since JM liked matcha, it's a clear shot he ordered the matcha tea (mej confused kung london fog hahah), I on the other hand, don't really order teas aside from jasmine teas (you know fat burners) haha! I was more of a coffee person than a tea person. So when Sir Clifford explained that cafe' au lait would be the best choice for me, kasi parang fusion siya ng tea and coffee! See! perfect for me! <3
I don't know pretty much about good customer service but I know one when I see one. Yesterday, we were able to experience it.
I was so happy we got to visit BLACK KETTLE CRAFT BAR AND CHEESECAKERY ito parin yung topic namin paguwi. I mean, for introverts like us, we wouldn't really like going to mainstream places.
Their cafe is located along the main road of Camella Springville Subdivision. In our case, we entered the Green Meadows Gate so mas malapit siya compared if papasok sa main gate ng Camella along National Road :) You will see an orange building, salon yung nasa baba. Black Kettle is located at the second floor :)
We were greeted by this menu. Diba gazillion choices of tea! We had to ask for Sir Clifford's help kasi super dami talaga.
My choice was the Cafe' Au Lait. It instantly became my pick nung sinabi palang na it smells like tea but tastes like coffee. It's a win win situation for me <3 This drink is also refreshing! Then we had to pick na which cake so we asked nalang for the best seller which is their New York Cheesecake <3
We also tried these donut holes. You can also pick your sauce, chocolate, caramel or honey.. or mix! NO EXTRA CHARGE! YAYERS!
Then we had to order another cheesecake again. Smores Cheesecake <3
The flavor is just right lalo na when you mix it with the cream <3
While Sir Clifford was explaining to us, he also showed us this wall full of teas just to give their customers the idea kung anong lasa nung tea. Most likely daw, the smell is also the taste of the tea (did I get that right?)
But wait, my rose gold heart skipped a beat gusto kong itanong kung sino yung supplier nila ng tin cans, gusto kong bumili para sa room ko :p
