We met Kei ❤ Migs through an invite on instagram. We felt very honored especially when we get invited by entrepreneurs to try their products because hello!! we just blog because we eat so much! hahaha!
Last January 2018, it's their first time to do a pop up store in the South. Also, my crafty heart is happy because they're sharing the space with other merchants under Common Room.
So just to tell you a bit of the story of how we met them, we went to Common Room's pop up store just across Adidas in Alabang Town Center. So, shempre, the first thing we did was to look for them... then look away, ikot dun sa place then we chickened out! hahaha cause shempre, introvert nga kami.
We went to the comfort room first, mustered up the couraged and approached them.
"Hi! We're the introvert couple!"
Kei and Migs just graduated from CSB (Congrats guys!) They took up culinary and The Fluffy Baker is their brain child. The family business of Migs is about cheesecakes so they actually thought of incorporating cheesecakes to their cookies. Also, maybe it's a little obvious na but they're a couple so sobrang cute talaga! ❤

Now, let me discuss to you the anatomy of a yummy frozen fluffy bun!
1. You can go pick any flavor of the cookie you want!
2. Now, the middle part is the super duper yummy cheesecake I'm telling you about!
3. Lastly, drizzled with the syrup of your choice with yummy toppings too!
Voila!
Now, what's different about their idea is how often do you use cheesecake as the filling of cookies? This is not the usual mehhhh cheesecake ha, this is the yummy one! Ang galing guys diba! Also, they have different "flavor of the month" you can choose from! But don't fret, all their cookie flavors are equally good!
So going back, we were actually lucky we got to catch their pop up here in the South! cause hello, let's face it Southies we're too tamad to go the North kahit andun lahat ng kainan!

One, the cookies are not small. They're actually very big in size each ha. You get two pa since it's a sandwich.
Two, the frozen cheesecake in the middle is thick! The price is actually proportion to the size of the fluffy buns :)

It was a very humbling experience to get recognized by entrepreneurs. Them reaching out to us to try out their products always make us giddy and kilig! Lalo na pag nakakakwentuhan namin sila about how they started, kase shempre we all have that "actually nagstart kami" story diba! :)
